Recently I've been reading career books

The one I am currently knee deep in is called "The Pathfinder" by Nicholas Lore. The reviews on Amazon were quite favorable. What resonated with me so far is how I probably, make that assuredly, give more thought to what I will make for dinner than I ever did when deciding on a career path. Think about how mature or self-aware you were when you were 17 and a junior in high school. Is that really the best time to choose a path?

I also read "Do what you are" which focuses on the Myers Briggs personality types. I am an ESFJ, Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging type and apparently I should be a caterer, chef, teacher, or event planner.
